In June, Comparably released a set of annual awards highlighting the best CEOs and companies, including its annual Best CEOs for Women, Best CEOs for Diversity, Best Leadership, Best Managers, and Best Companies for Professional Development. These lists showcase the leaders who are helping to drive positive culture change across companies large and small. The lists were covered by major press outlets including USA Today, CNBC, Inc and Fast Company.

Best Professional Development 2018
Methodology: Comparably’s Leadership Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com between May 23, 2017 and May 23, 2018. There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. Large companies are considered organizations with more than 500 employees and small/mid-size are businesses with less than 500 employees. Companies are ranked in alphabetical order. Small/midsize companies had to have a minimum of 15 employees participating. Large companies had to have a minimum of 50 employees participating.
