Participate in Comparably’s Upcoming 2021 Best Places to Work Awards

In April, Comparably will unveil our next set of annual Best Places to Work Awards in these categories: Best OutlookBest Culture by Region (Cities), Best Departments, and a new international award: Best Global Company Culture.

There is no submission process or fee associated with inclusion. To qualify, companies must meet a minimum threshold of ratings from employees that have left anonymous public ratings on their company’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (March 2020 through March 2021). Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Monday, March 22 at 11:59 pm PT. 

To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button.

General Methodology: Large companies (500+ employees) need a minimum of 75 employee participants and small/mid-size companies (less than 500 employees) need at least 25 participants. Additional weight is given to scores at companies with more participation from their employee base.

Methodology for the Global Company Culture Award: Only large companies (500+ employees) with a combined minimum of 75 employee participants from North America and 75 employee participants outside of North America will be considered.
