The next set of Comparably’s Best Places to Work Awards is just around the corner. In October, we will unveil the top rated companies in the following categories, based on real employee feedback over the past year:
- Happiest Employees
- Best Companies for Compensation
- Best Companies for Work-Life Balance
- Best Companies for Perks & Benefits
There is no submission process or fee associated with inclusion. To qualify, companies must have a minimum threshold of ratings from employees in North America that have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their company’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (September 2021 through September 2022). Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Wednesday, September 14 at 11:59pm PT.
To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button.
Large companies (more than 500 employees) need at least 75 participants and small/ mid-size companies (500 or less employees) need at least 25 participants. Additional weight is given to scores at companies with more participation from their employee base.
