The race is officially on for Comparably’s final major awards of the year! If your organization wants a shot at being recognized among the nation’s best for Best CEOs, Best Company Culture, and Best Compensation, the clock is ticking.
The winners will be revealed the week of December 7th, celebrating the top-rated workplaces driving authentic employee engagement.
How Your Team Can Participate
Getting your employees’ voices heard is simple, fast, and entirely friction-free:
- Head to comparably.com/companies.
- Search for your company profile.
- Click the “Rate your Company” button.
The survey takes just a few minutes and features quick, intuitive formats (yes/no, true/false, 1–10 scales, and multiple-choice questions).
⏰ The Deadline: Employees have from now until Monday, November 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT to submit their ratings.
The Golden Rule: No Fees, No Red Tape
What makes Comparably awards unique? There are zero entry fees, no complicated application packets, and no outside judges.
Winners are determined entirely by authentic, anonymous public sentiment ratings left by current employees over a 12-month window (November 9, 2025, through November 9, 2026).
Qualification Requirements
To ensure statistical significance, companies simply need to clear a minimum threshold of employee feedback during the eligibility period:
– Large Companies (500+ employees): Minimum of 75 participants
– Small/Mid-Size Companies (up to 500 employees): Minimum of 25 participants
Pro-tip: While hitting the minimum gets you in the door, aiming higher pays off. These lists become more competitive every single year, and additional statistical weight is given to organizations with higher participation relative to their overall size.
