Workers in Admin, Customer Support Say Having Fun at Work Is ‘Extremely Important’

People in administrative roles and customer support say having fun at work is paramount to the company’s success, according to the latest reading of an ongoing query by Comparably.

Indeed, when asked to rate the importance of fun, workers in these departments were the only ones who chose “extremely important” more often than “important.” The top answer among workers across all departments was “important” (39%).
