Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Nothing regarding my pay rate was filed or communicated to the general manager, and my pay rate was manually adjusted after i had to leave for a quarantine due to covid.

Any sort of benefits would be nice. Also cut the serving staff down so servers can make money.
