What does the leadership team need to get better at?
our management is a drunk, a guy who calls workers idots infront of customers... and some dumb MITS. unless youve worked there for years you're constantly walking on eggshells there just waiting for them to snap on you souly bc theyre in a bad mood.
Many many things. Caring about every employee and truly caring for the restaraunt. Servers cannot scream at managers and lash out at guests. Nor should the behavior be tolerated or egged on by a general manager.
They make too much money and leave their serving staff to fight for crumbs in the middle of a pandemic.
chuys is inconsistent, one person gets away with everything, the next gets fired for farting
