What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They have a dedicated individual focused on Good & Welfare of the company which is great. The regular check-ins with my manager and tools to gauge how I'm feeling are helpful as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiting team did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. I understood what to expect at each stage - including how long the whole process took. I really appreciated the transparency and personalized touch the team provided.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love getting to work remotely and really appreciate the professional reinvestment budget they provide each 10upper. Each year, we are allocated up to $3,000 to spend professionally advancing - whether attending a conference, working towards a certificate or buying books to broaden our perspective.
