We are encouraged to speak with radical candor to anyone, including the founder

The variety of background perspectives that people bring to our teams.

Remote work that doesn't feel completely impersonal.

They have a dedicated individual focused on Good & Welfare of the company which is great. The regular check-ins with my manager and tools to gauge how I'm feeling are helpful as well.
