Operates like a start-up but has been in business for 25+ years. Disorganized, and unattainable targets. They would rather hire externally than properly coach and mentor current staff. It use to be an amazing place to work until VC pressure took over. There is no workplace culture.

Team is super talented but internal politics make it difficult for these members to shine.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need more experience and patience. ELT is so far removed from the day-to-day they are making decisions that are to cut costs at all ties even if that means loss of productivity, and employee retention.
