Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Operates like a start-up but has been in business for 25+ years. Disorganized, and unattainable targets. They would rather hire externally than properly coach and mentor current staff. It use to be an amazing place to work until VC pressure took over. There is no workplace culture.

I've enjoyed some aspects of working here the past few years, but my compensation has never been adjusted to the work I've put in. We recently had an all hands meeting to discuss comp, and the answers were less than ideal.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need more experience and patience. ELT is so far removed from the day-to-day they are making decisions that are to cut costs at all ties even if that means loss of productivity, and employee retention.
