What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, transparent, and involved. Will listen to anyone with ideas or concerns. Everyone knows each other and genuinely want us to succeed and be happy - in both our personal and professional lives.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
High coverage of medical cost and 401k match are best for me but also the company is pretty generous with work from anywhere and all the paid days off.
Being able to work flexible hours that fit my lifestyle

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Big disparities between salaries of associate vs higher up positions. Lack of company salary transparency.
Does not keep up with cost of living + inflation. Big disparates between associate salaries and managers+up
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is pretty driven here and wants to win and grow. We have a collaborative and supportive team overall.
Everyone is helpful and willing to teach and roll up their sleeves to get the job done. A collaborative environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a company that is always looking to grow and evolve so it is an environment that is pretty experimental - whether exploring new vendors, platforms, services, tools. There is always something new to learn or adopt for our clients. I also like the company events where we get together.
The overall comraderie of being a Stella. I feel blessed to work with kind people who are some of the smartest in the business.
Respectful people with different viewpoints. Everyone contributes and voices feel equal.
Everyone is genuinely nice to each other. The company does a good job of creating events and ways to show appreciation for individuals and teams. It's a fun and rewarding environment.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people and most of my clients. The flexibility to do my work when i am at my best.
Being able to blend my work into my life. It is a happy mix of independent and group work.
Working with people i genuinely like and who are motivated to do their best work
