The Leadership Team understands that its employees are human beings
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Grow a backbone on a regional level and stands up to the French executive team ignorance of the international markets. Fight for the regional employees' fair pay. Stop arbitrary layoffs as they send jobs to cheaper labor countries.
Better communication with staff. So far no meeting with management since 1 year i worked here or team meeting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Below average pay, low salary benchmarks, same bonus given to everyone regardless of performance. Fix the pay problem outside of France and modernize your salary benchmark to be on same level as other Telecom companies.
No benefits whatsoever other than monthly salary and discrepancies in claim for standby duties.

There are many, Unity, Quality Centric, Bonding,Support
Culturally diverse, technically competent (for about 50% of the team), and collaborative.
Team mates are awesome and easy going.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The products pricing model is inflexible and does not match the competition. The deployment of services are very slow and always miss target dates.
