What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better pay, better benefits, career growth opportunities, fix middle management people skills.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The clueless interviewer and the urgency they showed in wanting a new hire.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The products pricing model is inflexible and does not match the competition. The deployment of services are very slow and always miss target dates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Below average pay, low salary benchmarks, same bonus given to everyone regardless of performance. Fix the pay problem outside of France and modernize your salary benchmark to be on same level as other Telecom companies.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Grow a backbone on a regional level and stands up to the French executive team ignorance of the international markets. Fight for the regional employees' fair pay. Stop arbitrary layoffs as they send jobs to cheaper labor countries.
