Out of 93 Nintendo employee reviews, 85% were positive. The remaining 15% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Nintendo improve their work culture.
The people at the top were trying to make things better, but they were either uninformed or ignorant to the goings on at the lower level s of management
i like how they give everybody a say in things and they let you do things at your own pace
Overall decent compensations but isn't incredible
The rank and file are for the most part good people, I never felt like i belonged though. The saddest moment was when i was let go but wasn't allowed to tell anyone it was my last day until after I had vacated the workplace.
It's hard to say, but there are some good people
we decide together which games are best to release when and how
Need to put on a positive face or be reprimanded for not having a positive attitude, we weren't customer facing so it didn't really matter except to make the middle management look good for the C suite
The facilities are nice and it's great having a cafe onsite
i like how open they were to the reasons i did something previously
It was nice working somewhere that i felt valued, this however was not it.
The products and the history are the best part
playing games at work and reviewing/testing them
