The culture - I feel safe to speak up freely, to be supported, and that others "have my back". I can agree, disagree, comment and my colleagues and leadership will allow me to state my case.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I feel that the salary is below average, the health/medical, retirement, and other benefits are superb, and have been demonstrated during this time of COVID-19. We had job security, COVID testing, COVID vaccinations, and strong enforcement of safety protocols. It kept us alive and healthy
