respect, don't cut people's pay / hours, stability
Pay Raise should be equal as city Transit pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication, ethic, morale and productivity.
Work as per the processes laid down, hard working, transparent, have required knowledge, etc
we like each other and help each other
They are very good with teamwork and stuff

Coworkers are fine, Management is Biased and could be more professional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All are good people, well mannered and helpful and supportive

There was a large panel of managers from all.over the state, all grillong me and questioning and trying to make you stumble
