What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, communicative, open door policy
The put the employees well being in the equation. I cant say tgat was tge case with my prior employer.
They actually incorporate the employees and the impact to all of us in their decisions. Its not just a aaying like in most companies - they live it and beleive in it.
The leadership team is not only professional, but also kind and humble. They manage the company as a team, or even family.
just about everything, mainly building up the office culture that people can enjoy working here. not sure what else could be more important than that

What is the best part about your compensation package?
equity and opportunity for performance bonus
I love the 401k options. Fees could be a bit vetter but overall i like it.
I have pretty much everything I need, including fair compansation, benefit, insurance, 401K, PTO, and more.
there is bonus that require you to complete your KPI. work hard and you will get it
compensation packages are competitive and fair

Friendly and knowledgeable. They will help you if you ask
Everyone works together for a common goal. My teammates are friendly, kind and profesional. We always help each other like a big family.
everyone is professional and friendly. you learn from your peers and everyone truly cares about other people. it's just that family-liked culture
they are collaborative, open to feedback, and fun!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its just you feel welcomed. Cant really sxplain it but thry got the secret sauce of sorts to work here
We are responsible, kind, friendly, creative, and always willing to help each other.
everyone is supportive including senior management. friendly while supportive and professional. not sure what else I can say more about the ultimate company culture

What did you like most about the interview process?
Was quick. Start to finish in under 2 weeks
The whole process is professional. HR is super kind, helpful and considerate. The interviews were conversational and comfortable. I did enjoy it.
hr is very helpful, honest the whole time. you know when is your interview and what are the preparation. it's just one of those interviews you know if you don't get it, you still know why. fair and straightforward and you learn about what you are getting into.

opportunity to do what I am best at.
I support the viaon of my manager and CEO and look forward to working together every day
I learnt a lot at work. Every day is different. And I can feel I am improving myself with the company.
