What do you like best about the leadership team?
To far disconnected to be relatable to their employees.
leadership? pfft...you mean people pretending to lead
Open to new options and they know they do not know everything all the time
They are very involved, always care for the team

What is the best part about your compensation package?
In line with what other banks offer
Competitive compensation on benefits, we should be compensated on seniority on the salaries as well
Pay vacation and stock along with health
My bonus was pretty good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not compensated fairly for work or loyalty or dedication
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct teammates are amazing and i am comfortable and supported by my teammates. They are the best part of my job
Diversity and compassion are abundant
everybody is involved and working as a one.

The people lean on each other.
people are nice to work with
everyone in our branch respects each other

There needs to be more operational accountability and smoother proccess to make things more effiecent

Very personable and informative. Very clear expectations
