The team that I work with and my bosses are awesome. I trust them a lot; they have made me feel like an important team member.
Its been a great experience. Some areas could benefit from better organization, but i understand the company is growing and its hard to clean up the edges while kewing the business operating and serving clients
They need to hire more people and retain the workers they have who support customers.
They are real people, and behave that way. Friendly and supportive and they appreciate you. Out loud!
Improve communication with interviewed candidates. Stop ghosting candidates.

How flexible is your work schedule at Ensono?
It can be flexible, but it depends on the manager, as there is no official Ensono policy on flexible work hours that I know of.
What's the work from home policy like at Ensono?
The general belief is that Ensono does not want people working from home.

I would say highly innovative.
How does Ensono measure success and growth in the IT department?
Success in my department is measured by the client's uptime of their environment, how how quickly we resolve issues and by meeting the project deadlines.
What skills do you need to be successful in the IT department at Ensono?
Not work late nights and weekends all the time. To be successful you need to be restful and have a clear mind. Additional staff would help us be successful.
How are layoffs handled in the IT department at Ensono?
Layoff's leaves us with a few gaps in staffing in some areas. Noone likes layoffs.
