I have been with the company 2 years now and in the last year they have made a lot of changes. Many for the better including significant raises, bonuses in December, $100 bonuses during the summer when we were so short handed and meetings with the ceo to find out what needed to be fixed.
There are many different opportunities at Chumash. Whether you want to work in the casino, food and beverage, hotel, the health clinic or tribal government. Where you start and promote to are up to you!
very good. every company has ups and downs but it is overall a place where you get out of it what you put in
