I have been with the company 2 years now and in the last year they have made a lot of changes. Many for the better including significant raises, bonuses in December, $100 bonuses during the summer when we were so short handed and meetings with the ceo to find out what needed to be fixed.

The culture and the pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put on events for us like the holiday party and golf tournament. They help us fix issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Chumash tribe really cares about its employees. They do say thank you anytime you serve them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our management works to be more transparent about what ‘a going on. I just wish I saw them more
