They took most of our bonus for all of the upgrades that they are doing here
Compare leadership team's benefit, I disappointed it.
I'm underpaid and over worked.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop skirting issues at the top. You lose good people all the time. Glint surveys arent going to fix it
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the people. But also its interesting to see the people i interviewed with be completely different than they originally showed.
HR was very quick to get me from a temp to perm.

Knowing that i had pull of miracles because the executive team requested something so outlandish.
