What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my bosses are professionals and that they know that in the workplace there are no races, religions or gender... I mean that all employees should be treated in the same way. Bosses must respect rights laws
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to figure out how to run a silicone company because that they have no clue they have their daily meetings all day long and they get nothing accomplished

The engineers and everybody else they have in charge have no clue of what's going on and they act like they do
