Junior team is hardworking, intelligent and ambitious. Senior team has an inflated sense of self-worth and entitlement, has little experience in the investment industry and is unwilling to listen to any criticism/suggestions.

Free healthcare. No 401k or any other form of retirement plan. No disability benefits. No maternity/paternity leave. Generous vacation policy, but monitored closely by management (European culture, so senior management takes significantly more vacation than rest of team).

It is not a healthy working environment. Managers need help with communication. Senior team has no investment experience. Misalignment of incentives for all employees. It's a family office structure where the only party set up to benefit in the economics is the family.
