    Their only focus is on moving freight. EThey claim that drivers are the most important thing bnut we are not.

    well i have an "X" endorsement on my cdl which should be rewarded, but it is only compensated or valued if I team up with another employee who also has it.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    Lack of communication. There needs to be more discussions on driver needs.
