- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Their only focus is on moving freight. EThey claim that drivers are the most important thing bnut we are not.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?well i have an "X" endorsement on my cdl which should be rewarded, but it is only compensated or valued if I team up with another employee who also has it.
