Raley's has always had a job for me, growing from one department to the next that was able to fit my life changes. Raley's has empowered my education with the RMCP paying for and encouraging my education. Encouraging mentoring others for self development and growth in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team puts time aside weekly to teach and prepare me for future roles with Raley's.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I look forward to large panel interviews rather than one on one. Including HR and DM's along with all store STL's. One interview for all stores is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we work together. I love being a part of a team and brainstorming for diverse perspectives on decisions. I have a participative leadership style. I am happiest when doing tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborating as a team with common objectives in mind. Share the same goal in tasks and my task team has team dynamics and is excited to learn new skills. Trusting relationships where we share experiences.
