What do you like best about the leadership team?
Providing opportunities for higher learning and bettering myself both in and out of school.
Overall communicates well and is more transparent than most
They communicate open and honestly and makes sure the team always comes first.

My leadership team puts time aside weekly to teach and prepare me for future roles with Raley's.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
talking to employees the way they should be addressed
Hold merchant buyers and corporate accountable.
Stay in better contact with the employees and keep them informed better of on going projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension and Health insurance plan
I feel like I am paid very well and my family receives excellent benefits.
We have good health benefits.
401K matching and good healthcare
Bonus is reachable as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe enough money to actually shop in the place I work.

They want to believe in a cause
Positive attitudes, hard workers, fun to be around, forward thinking
We all work well together we communicate, and everyone is helpful
That we are able to actually rely on each other, and to actually fully communicate and work as a team in built bonds.
We don't have company meetings

everyones attitude needs to improve

Localally owned and operated a plus

What did you like most about the interview process?
Casual and personal with on point questions
The easy communication and being comfortable to answer the questions in the person I was talking to
It was very challenging, but also thoughtful. I enjoyed that they invested that much in the interview process.
I look forward to large panel interviews rather than one on one. Including HR and DM's along with all store STL's. One interview for all stores is great.

too easy they hire anybody cause everyone ends up quitting

The people I work with
I enjoy problem-solving and helping our team grow knowledge
Employees and Team Leaders who are supportive and friendly
When we work together. I love being a part of a team and brainstorming for diverse perspectives on decisions. I have a participative leadership style. I am happiest when doing tasks.
