What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good team work for the world and the other hand if you want to mak have sure you're aware of the day
This is a pretty flat org where leadership is very involved in the day-to-day of the company(in a good way). They are very receptive of new ideas and make our employees feel empowered in the jobs they do
Oppurtunities of advancement and the incentives that are offered monthly and daily. Also a chance to earn an additional income
Day-to-day management is really good. C-level is totally disconnected from company

Fair compensation package on the sales side and TCI pays 100% of benefits
The additional bonus you can earn as well as the monthly incentives
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes maybe we should be able to get the same thing as a great company

I have a great time and consideration for any inconvenience caused by the end
You truly feel part of a team. Employees and ideas are respected. And there is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working remote.
