What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really open and flexible. They just care about putting out a good product for our clients and having a good time doing it.
They are transparent and they work hard all the time.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Off Year around at 2pm on Fridays, culture team always comes up with something good to do for team bonding. And overall you will like everyone.
The best part about my compensation is that it is tied to my performance.
Yearly Summer Fridays and The Team
The new bonus structure is nice, Holiday bonuses are amazing but the new lunches provided and half day Fridays are the best for the benefits

Everybody has the same core values.
Personality, Passion, They are all great people

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with your coworkers and other departments to see something come together for our clients.
There is just a mutual respect for one another that is hard to describe but easy to feel.
Teamwork and the creativity of the team
Providing lunch and bagels 3 times a week is nice. Year-round summer Fridays is amazing.

Got to meet the people I worked with
It is very straight forward.
Lots of interviews and screen sharing of campaigns
Meeting the team, the tour of the office. They instantly made me feel like I belonged.
