They are gentle communicators even if someone messes up. They talk to you as if they know you bec' they take time to try to know everyone. Even the founders!

My environment, leadership & coworkers are the best. Even though I work a lot, I do it because I want to do well for them bec they treat me so well. I truly respect the all & that makes me work harder for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. They always offer to help out and brainstorm about what I may need. Love my boss a lot! He really works with your personality and doesn't get aggressive or mad at anything. While letting me do what I feel is best for my role rather than micro-managing.
