Leavitt Group is an awesome place to work because they care about you as a person, not just a worker. The culture is great & we receive quarterly meetings enforcing our values, which includes integrity & happiness with your work. This is one of the best places I have ever worked.

I have a really great collaborative team and I feel like the work we do is worthwhile for the most part. Interdepartmental communication is...not the best, but we do what we can to mitigate it.

They are gentle communicators even if someone messes up. They talk to you as if they know you bec' they take time to try to know everyone. Even the founders!
