What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are gentle communicators even if someone messes up. They talk to you as if they know you bec' they take time to try to know everyone. Even the founders!

All parties working together for a common purpose.
My team is amazing. They always offer to help out and brainstorm about what I may need. Love my boss a lot! He really works with your personality and doesn't get aggressive or mad at anything. While letting me do what I feel is best for my role rather than micro-managing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company has the nicest people. We have fun events & culture club.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They wanted to make sure i fit their culture. And visited with my spouse and i during the process
I got to meet a lot of people to get a feel for the people and culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around such nice co workers.
My environment, leadership & coworkers are the best. Even though I work a lot, I do it because I want to do well for them bec they treat me so well. I truly respect the all & that makes me work harder for them.
