What do you like best about the leadership team?
Typically make decisions based on data. Have good people skills and are upfront with where they want to take the business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promoting from within even when employee is smarter than her manager. Be more open to ideas from entire team rewarding all positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company credit card, car and paid vacations and bonuses

Everyone tends to check their ego at the door. People are always willing to help one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more organized re: topics. Be better listeners and short and succinct with suggestions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible schedule as long as you are getting the work done. Political games are few and far between.
The possibilities are endless. Encouraging creative group thinking builds comraderie and better solutions

Being able to see the results of my labor and getting compensated well for it.
Not knowing what new nugget of info I'm going to learn and also that everyday I have the ability to increase my worth.
