What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like everything about the leadership team.
Great overall leadership in the company

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership acts oblivious to the negative impact their decisions have on both clients and employees. They are delusional in their thinking about digital, the demand for it in the marketplace and DXC's ability to deliver services related to it
Being super active and on time
Communicate. Patients with the customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The job is absolutely amazing
Insurance. Chance to grow in company
The bonus is really great
The benefits are fair and the dental would be the bes part of the package I would say insurance .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worst place I've ever worked. Total lack of regard for employees and clients. It's all about achieving internally focused targets, mostly at the cost of impacting our clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along well and have each other’s back in the company and go to each other when we need help
They really know how to get things done
Teamwork will have to be our go to motto I love it
