Good people with little support.

The coworkers for the most part are caring and hard working people.

The CEO is okay but not very well liked by the membership. Communication is lacking and needs to be improved.

The Co-CEO's are not very well liked among the membership and are making decisions that have grave consequences for the employees, shareholders and membership.

Sub-par and/or below median.

On average $20k below median for the Denver Tech Center.

Moral is low and hours are fine.

Very low moral and non-existent appreciation for hard work.

Talent is limited and leaves quickly.

It would be great if they could retain talent and stick to an org for more than 6 months. Constant turnover and changing responsibilities and zero leadership make for a difficult environment to work in.

Non-existent

Zero leadership and continuous reorg and turnover in IT.

I would suggest that the employees morale, talent retention and recognition for hard work should be important to leadership.

IT is in shambles and struggling to prove its worth. Region Development is probably the best place to be and has it's share of issues.

It is often extremely slow and worthless to prospective candidates.

Basic questions that you can easily Google.

The culture among the employees is great and vastly different from the upper management and HR.

Dull with a low morale.

Nothing excites me about working at RE/MAX. It is a place to earn income and nothing more.

The standard corporate set of benefits and nothing outside of that.

There is no work life balance at RE/MAX.

That is again dependent on your skills at networking with upper management and not determined by your efforts.

You can take it if you can get your manager to approve it. Some care and most don't in IT.

Again that is up to who you know and whether or not they care about your abilities and productivity.

Dreadfully slow and unsuccessful.

The coworkers outside of management and the friendships that are created.

Not secure at all with all of the reorgs and changes in IT management. Especially with the looming rumors of layoffs despite significant profits.

I am not really sure exactly as that seems to be an ongoing issue. It is all about who you know and whether or not you pass the profiling quiz that HR administers which mirrors you against the hiring manager. So even if you have the skill your might not be awarded the role if the quiz thinks you are not a good fit. AI and HR collaboration at its finest!

Those that are buddies with the executives are those that succeed regardless of the value or work ethic that they contribute to the company.

In one ear and out the other. Feedback is solicited when the employees speak up and then it is ignored without any resolution or compromise.

I dread it and I am actively looking for other opportunities!
