What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is hard to distinguish from the team in general. We all have ownership over what we do, and everyone looks to each other for leadership in different areas.
I am constantly pushed to be my best
Young and driven, but easy going and reasonable in their expectations of their employees. Plus they're fun.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair and it has grown rapidly as I have expanded my role and responsibilities. True meritocracy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, there just isn't an equity plan in place yet and the benefits are limited. I was made aware of this when I was hired.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperative, efficient, hard working, smart and effective
Best part of the job - everyone gets along so well.

Everyone's pretty funny and irreverent. Nobody pulls punches and everyone works hard.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun, hard working, helpful, teamwork, well rounded, chemistry
We're basically all friends who happen to work together. It feels like a group of friends started a company together, which is partly true.
we keep it light and fun. plan a lot of team events
Great office environment and the company sponsors drinks and meals without being pushy about making you hang out after hours.

We are constantly improving, there's always something to do, and we find time to enjoy it. Plus we have dogs here.
