What do you like best about the leadership team?

Lauchlan's executive team truly sees themselves as having a key goal of theirs to support the core Lauchlan team. They do this through open communications, "Xuddle's" (Lauchlan Huddles), keeping an eye on resources, and seeking to create a collaborative, effective working environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process involves coming to Lauchlan and meeting and being interviewed by the CEO, the Exec team and potential coworkers. Interviewees are expected to come prepared with compellign questions that illustrate they've done as much due dilligence on Lauchlan, as has been done on them.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very competitive, top pay rates in our area compared to other agencies. We're able to acquire top-industry staffers that other agencies can't afford and thus build a super strong team with top talent. Each year we receive additional vacation, expanding benefits and the opportunity to earn more.
