Pay and respect the staff. Treat everyone as though they were you, or bare minimum like an equal person.

Cancellation too often, I told them I wouldn't accept a pay rate less than $25, she said if I couldn't accept $21 first shift, $23.50 second shift I was ok with that. When I got paid it was $20 first shift, $22.50 second shift. Honesty can be improved!
