The worst executive managment I have ever seen. In the ONE year I was there there were 2 major layoffs. They had no clue!

Benefits are good, time off is generous (although hard to use due to restrictions, policies, tenure)

Not able to make any comission thresholdset WAY to high for group comission, the base salary is the lowest in the industry. Culture is the worst I ever encountered.
