What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication between the office taking the orders and talking to the customers and relaying that information to us in shipping and receiving/inventory control.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
4 other coworkers in the shipping and receiving/inventory control department besides myself. I have been with the company for 5 years and I handle more product per hour than any of my coworkers, yet all 5 of us have the same exact pay per hour. I would just like some recognition for my loyalty&work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication between one another should be better. Also if everyone did their fair share of work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Each of my coworkers doing their fair share of work would help. Also a raise for my loyalty and productivity above and beyond my job description.
