What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I feel disrespected by my coworkers. The managers here are rude and loud. I cannot focus on my work.

The departments vary in their productivity and organization. The department/office that I work in is disorganized and not utilized efficiently, and the manager doesn't receive feedback well and seems unwilling to change.
