Amazing! Vacation and sick are combined into PTO. First couple of years it's two weeks and then up from there, all the way to five weeks per year after five years.

They're great at what they do which is why the company has grown from 5 people just a few years ago to 22 today.

There is no one with the title of CEO as the company is a partnership.
