Hardworking team of smart and fun individuals
I work mostly alone but team in seattle is very good to work with
I work with a very skilled team focused on technical excellence. I can count on them and always feel like I can reach out to anyone, regardless of where they fall on the org chart.

Resentment towards executives is generally shared amongst workers

start removing old managers they are grumpy and very old school, not ready to accept new changes

What makes you most happy at work?
Thinking outside the box Sharing experiences
Growth opportunities and working with incredible people. I also am challenged and given the room to innovate.
Knowing that I have support and having a very understanding manager who is easy to talk to. Also, my manager entrust that I am capable of getting the job done so there is no micromanaging happening which makes me happy.
The ability to shape and mold the role i play within the organization.

some of the old managers thinks that they own people and allow no flexibility or no room to do things new or better way
