What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension and medical schemes are the best
Pay on time, adjust for high inflation if required due to economic woes, car policy, bonuses, medical policy is slightly bad but otherwise compensation is good.
It's very well balanced and fair

Morale seems low and its hard to rally workers.
