casual, approachable, pleasant, normal average joe person. not ruthless, opiniated, vain and on a high given their seniority

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i worked in white city. i liked being out of central london with huge crowds of people about whenever i left the building. i like space and not millions of people around me all the time

What did you like most about the interview process?
it was very relaxed, noone pitching up in suits and not sitting directly opposite three very stern personalities. just a couple of people chatting around a table
Very friendly executives and listened to my experience for the work that I was going to be hired to do.

What makes you most happy at work?
laughing and comfortable doing my work, not stressed, lots of training provided and no expectations to know the job inside and out within the first week
