What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're open and honest, willing to help.
They meet weekly to resolve business-related issues. This helps them all be on the same page.
Not much, direction is dictated to leadership by CEO
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to trust their employees. CEO needs to get out of day to day business and stop trying to but in and fix every problem
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical & Dental plans are awesome. For an "employee only" plan, it's a $1 premium per month for each! I also like the flexibility of this place.
Health insurance is top notch
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to keep up with market pay according to position
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people, caring, and have a true team mentality. Everyone's opinions and thoughts are valued.
Everyone on the team not only pulls their weight, but really enjoys their job. There's very little negativity, which makes it a pleasure to come to work.
Co workers are smart and great people, very willing to go above and beyond

Progressive and caring culture for employees.
If I have a question about ANYTHING, I am empowered to go find the answer - talk to whomever I need to solve the problem/answer the question.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More professionalism. More development discipline.
better management structure, better communication and performance reviews
CEO needs to stop berating people and trust that they know what they are doing instead of constantly dictating and needing to be right
What did you like most about the interview process?
The individuals that interviewed me.
The amount of time taken for the process was long, but in the end it made me feel like they really valued me.

More honesty for expectations for employees.
Screen for skills, describe management styles and expectations

Caring atmosphere with kind peers.
Helping solve problems and working with team.
As an employee, I feel valued. Of course, there are a ton of perks too... a barista bar with free coffee makes the mornings MUCH easier. :)
