NORC is a good company, but they need to figure out how to equitably distribute work, give feedback, and anticipate unplanned isssues such as losing bids

They are easily accessible to junior staff and happy to help/give advice on specific projects

They are very considerate of your time and get the process over in one day rather than making you come in multiple times
