The smoke and mirrors of the plan for diversity and inclusion as a way to avoid the tough subjects such as CEO pay being 8x higher than the average worker. They want to include you, just not pay you so that you will be able to move forward economically .

I feel management favors employees who buddy up with them regardless of their competence. I feel competent employees are overlooked for opportunities because they are not overly friendly to some management.
They Cannot Even Directly Contact Me as I finally tried to resign before the 1st Day due to their Idiocy.

If you are a field employee no sick pay or benefits unless the state mandates it So if you are in a state that mandates it, you can recover from illness, but you are forced to work if you are sick if it does not.
