What do you like best about the leadership team?
Professional, responsive, skilled, caring and just great.
Awesome, they truly care about each of us
The smoke and mirrors of the plan for diversity and inclusion as a way to avoid the tough subjects such as CEO pay being 8x higher than the average worker. They want to include you, just not pay you so that you will be able to move forward economically .
They do a good job communicating the outlook, direction, and plans moving forward.
They are easily accessible to junior staff and happy to help/give advice on specific projects
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Developing strategic goals, listening to lower-level staff and increasing transparency.
Teamwork, equity, ethics and training.
The need longer training and nicer peoplw
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Retirement saving opportunity available to me.

401k contribution is high and not a match (i.e. everyone gets it regardless of their contribution)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership pits growth and finances above good work
I feel management favors employees who buddy up with them regardless of their competence. I feel competent employees are overlooked for opportunities because they are not overly friendly to some management.
They Cannot Even Directly Contact Me as I finally tried to resign before the 1st Day due to their Idiocy.
I'm underemployed. My accomplishments, experience and talents are unacknowledged.
If you are a field employee no sick pay or benefits unless the state mandates it So if you are in a state that mandates it, you can recover from illness, but you are forced to work if you are sick if it does not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart people who like to collaborate
Bright, collegial, supportive and talented.
Helpful to one another, our common goal is clear and that makes team work easy
They understand the job and they are top performers. They work hard long hours that demand flexibility and they don't make a huge stink when the CEO is paid so well for their hard work. They are a hopeful bunch.
People work well, and most people are engaged.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get Their Act together and stop blaming "The Pandemic".

It is remote so when they start demotivating you it’s easy to regroup but getting away from the negative tacti

Focus compassion and the ability to get support when needed
As a field employee. I guess you really get to focus on your work rather than culture or environment.

Understand even the Basics in NYC.

The interview can decipher quality very quickly.
We are more concerned about the individual mixing with our culture.

Getting hours, accomplishing my goals
